PLC is a powerful, fast dissolving, effective and economical powder for cleaning beverage systems. This alkaline powder is formulated to remove naturally occurring build-ups in beverage lines, parts, and fittings.
It safely removes beer stone, protein deposits, yeast, biomass, etc. from the surface. Quickly cleans plastic, stainless steel, brass, copper, nickel, rubber, etc. without damage to lines, parts, fittings, etc. To assist in monitoring the rinsing phase after cleaning there is a food color dye to help identify the cleaning solution.
For cleaning beverage systems, use 1 scoop (1/2 oz) per quart of water.
Also available in 16 ounce, 3 pound, 5 pound and 40 pound containers.
