Warranty
Products are warranted to perform according to statements on labels and in descriptive literature. Cost will be refunded if any product fails to perform in accordance to claims prior to expiration date on product cases.

Returns
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and instructions. Restocking fees no less than 15% are applied on all returns other than failure to satisfy warranty. Improper warehousing or expiration of product is not a failure of warranty.

Wholesale Shipping and Handling
National Chemicals, Inc. ships in stock products within 3-4 business days of order confirmation by UPS , FedEx, DHL, SpeeDee or Specific Common Carrier Services. Delivery normally occurs in 8 to 12 business days, but may take longer depending on freezable status of order and available carriers for specific cargo. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Include street, apartment, or suite number certain container sizes require dock services for delivery or terminal pick-up. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require transshipment services. Countries outside of The United States require additional shipping costs. Please refer to our Wholesale Price Schedule for additional explanation of our shipping policies.

Payment
For Internet or telephone orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Regardless of method of ordering, credit cards used to secure orders will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped. Orders made through the National Chemicals, Inc. Store will appear on your credit card statement as "VDG Online Processing." Those orders made through the mail via check will be shipped upon successful clearance of the check.
